Prizma VPN aims to provide enhanced privacy and anonymity, and it is strictly your responsibility to adhere to the laws of both your jurisdiction of access and the jurisdiction of connection.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By installing Prizma VPN applications, you confirm your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue the installation process and delete all Prizma VPN applications from your devices.

The service prohibits activities such as sending spam, performing port scans, searching for open proxies or relays, distributing unsolicited or opt-in emails, or engaging in any form of mass emailing, even if routed through another server. Additionally, you must not initiate pop-ups through our service or partake in attacks on computers or networks while using Prizma VPN.

Service availability, speed, location options, and quality may vary and are subject to change. Prizma VPN strives to ensure service continuity, except for brief maintenance or repair periods. However, service disruptions may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as emergencies, third-party service issues, network outages, interference, or signal strength variations, leading to interruptions, limitations, or reductions in service quality.

Prizma VPN is not responsible for data, messages, or web pages that are lost, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected due to service interruptions or network issues. We reserve the right to impose usage restrictions, limit services, or suspend accounts at our discretion to protect users and the integrity of our service.

Network speed estimates do not guarantee specific service or data transmission speeds. Actual performance may vary due to factors such as device configuration, network congestion, and compression. Prizma VPN does not ensure the accuracy or timeliness of data received; delays and omissions may occur.

Engaging in harmful or illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, cracking, virus distribution, fraud, network sabotage, phishing, or any similar behavior, will result in the suspension or termination of your service. Users are responsible for securely configuring their services and are accountable for any harm caused by negligence or failure to secure their use of the service, whether intentional or accidental.

While Prizma VPN does not impose strict bandwidth or data usage caps on individual users, the service operates under a fair usage policy. Excessive usage patterns, including bot-like behavior, creating undue network strain, disrupting other users, or consuming unreasonable bandwidth over prolonged periods, may be deemed abusive.
